On Tuesday, October 27, 2015, dozens of chefs from around the country will gather in Washington, DC to meet with members of Congress, representatives from USDA and the White House to lay out their ideas for reforming America’s food system and ensuring that every American has access to nutritious, fair, sustainable, delicious and affordable food.
